Victor is a licensing agent, primarily in the fashion industry. He has extensive contacts in the Panama Free Trade Zone with apparel and footwear distributors that are licensees or distributors for major U.S. brands. He also has contacts in the luxury goods market, back to school market, automotive aftermarket and many other industries.
DEALS COMPLETED AS A LICENSING AGENT
[July 24, 2008]: Represented Brooks Sports, Inc. in Exclusive Distribution Agreement with large Panama based distributor for most of Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guyana, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
[February 9, 2003]: Represented K-Swiss International, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of K-Swiss, Inc, a publicly traded company, in Exclusive Distribution Agreement with large Panama based distributor for all of Latin America and the Caribbean, except for Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil and Puerto Rico.
[June 1, 2006]: Represented Balboa Manufacturing Co., LLC in Exclusive License Agreement for use of Coors® and Coors Light® trademarks on bandanas and adult eyewear for the U.S. market.
[February 13, 1999]: Represented CHIC by H.I.S. Licensing Corp. in ten year exclusive license agreement with Panama Free Zone licensee to manufacture H.I.S. jeanswear (http://www.his-jeans.de/) for sale in Central America, Colombia, Venezuela, French Guyana, Suriname, Guiana, Ecuador and the entire Caribbean, excluding U.S. possessions. The H.I.S. label was subsequently sold to VF Corporation (www.vfc.com).
